Accounting – Establishing and maintaining accounting systems. Day to day accounting transactions, reconciliation of accounts, financial statements, and specialized reporting. Have provided accounting services using Quickbooks and Peachtree software programs.

Facilities Management – Oversight of construction, remodeling, relocation, utility changes or upgrades, obtaining bids, and hiring and coordination of contractors.

Grants & Contracts Administration – Pre-award and post-award administration of sponsored proposals and awards from federal, state, or private sponsors. Identify funding sources and sponsors, prepare and/or review proposal content and budget, track proposal submission, oversee appropriate usage of funds, review and interpret terms and conditions, assist with reporting and closeout requirements.
